Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During peak periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently only USPS shipping is available and for residents of the United States. No international shipping is available at this time.
Lost or Delayed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at jenniferkaminsky2@gmail.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when possible, send a replacement.
