Refund Policy

At True North Life Navigation, we are committed to providing high-quality services and support. However, due to the nature of our offerings, we maintain the following refund policy:

Scheduling: All sessions will be scheduled using online services provided by True North Life Navigation. Other attempted forms of scheduling are not permitted unless explicitly discussed with Jennifer Kaminsky. If you try to schedule a session in a different way it will not be honored and your session will not take place. Sessions are not considered scheduled or guaranteed until a confirmation email from soulworker stacy renee has been received. If your requested time is not available, your session will automatically be rescheduled to the soonest time available and will not be confirmed until both parties have received confirmation. Customers must provide accurate and up to date phone numbers and emails. Bookings and access to our services are always subject to approval and availability and never guaranteed. Bookings and services can be canceled at our sole discretion should we choose not to provide a service to a particular user. 

All individual sessions and multi-session packages are non-refundable once the session or package has begun. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions not canceled within this time frame, or missed without notice (no-shows), will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Should owner/founder of True North Life Navigation try to contact the client at the scheduled time and the client doesn't respond within ten minutes, the session is considered a "No Show" cancellation the client must rebook and pay for a session at that point.

If you have prepaid for a bundle and wish to cancel prior to the first session, a full refund may be issued upon written request.​

All sales of downloadable or digital products (e.g., journals, guides) are final and non-refundable, due to the immediate and irrevocable access granted upon purchase.
